"Guten Appe..." says fire chief Wasserhose, but he doesn't get any further, because the phone rings and the firefighters have to go out on a call, and so it goes on all day, as soon as everyone is sitting down and holding a cup of coffee in their hands, the phone rings and off they go again: putting out fires, clearing away fallen trees, rescuing a child from a roof...
