Art culinaire - A walk through New York

We warmly welcome you to a special vernissage that will enchant your senses several times over: "Art culinaire - Walk through New York".

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the Big Apple, captured by the renowned Stralsund photographer Christian Rödel (Studio Arguseye). His unique works will take you on a visual journey through the vibrant metropolis that he recently experienced during his three-week stay in New York.

A feast for the eyes and the palate
On March 28, 2025 at 6 pm, we will present an exclusive selection of 7 impressive photographs at Minimanufaktur Parow, which will not only be presented in pictures, but also "culinary".
Top chef Michael Simon and his team will spoil you during the evening with exquisite food and drinks that are perfectly matched to the New York theme.
The evening will start with delicious finger food, during which you can already discover the first two works of art. The subsequent presentation will show further photographs and videos from Rödel's journey. You can look forward to an exquisite 5-course menu under the motto "melting pot of culinary delights". Another of the exhibited pictures will be presented between each course.
