Amber cutting
Here, participants first learn interesting facts about amber from expert Thomas Reich and are guided in the shaping of the stones. Own finds can be checked for authenticity and also worked on. Please note that there is a charge for the amber. Spectators/accompanying persons are requested to make a donation to the sea rescuers.
Visiting the event is otherwise free of charge with your UsedomCard (show it if required). A Registration is requiredlimited number of participants! Register online via the button or via the tourist information office. We reserve the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case we will contact you in good time.

Note parking lot Haus des Gastes
The Haus des Gastes/Tourist Information is located at Strandstraße 36 in 17449 Trassenheide. A limited number of free parking spaces are available behind the house (with parking disk). The Festwiese and FOSTRA parking lots in front of the Trassenmoor train stop are also available as alternative parking spaces (subject to a charge). The Haus des Gastes is approx. 450 m away.
