Dierhagen Summer Concerts 2024
The wind quintet of the Staatskapelle Berlin celebrates its birthday.
All lovers of classical music can rejoice.
In July, the "Dierhagen Summer Concerts" will enter their second round in the church in Dierhagen village.
In cooperation with the Rostock University of Music and Theatre, four concerts will take place every 14 days on Thursdays, in which students and teachers from the university will perform varied and exciting programs in various chamber music ensembles.
The organizer is the parish of Wustrow, supported by the spa administration of Baltic resort Dierhagen.
The overall artistic direction of the project is in the hands of Prof. Heiner Schindler, who is a lecturer in clarinet and chamber music at hmt Rostock.
It starts on 4 July 2024 with the students and lecturers of hmt Rostock. Further concerts will take place on July 18, 2024 with the Young Rostock Nonet, on August 1 with the ensemble "Clarinetti Sinceri", on August 15 once again with the students and lecturers of the hmt Rostock and on September 16 the wind quintet of the Staatskapelle Berlin will celebrate its birthday.
