Christian Behr preaches about "Cemetery entrance"
In a series of four special sermons in the Caspar David Friedrich Year 2024, his faith and the piety of his time will be interpreted for our present day. The third sermon on Friedrich's painting "Entrance to the Cemetery" will be given by Dresden Superintendent Christian Behr on September 1 at 10 am. The sermon is embedded in the Sunday service on Caspar David Friedrich Day and will be accompanied by the Benschu Saxophone Quartet. The saxophone quartet can also be heard in the evening at 9 pm with a concert in the cathedral.
