Our beach house villa “Erika” - built in 1903 - offers 2 double rooms and 2 holiday apartments (one of them accessible!) in a familiar atmosphere. Be our guest and choose a relaxing but diverse stay at the charming sea resort Lubmin at the Western Pomeranian Baltic Sea.

As a three-star-pension we offer you two double rooms (also usable as single room) and two holiday apartments (also bookable with breakfast).
On the top floor: “balcony and conservatory room” *** and a holiday apartment ***
On the main floor we offer you an accessible holiday apartment *** and our lounge.
 

All facilities are equipped with a private bathroom, a double bed (including towels and bedding), bed table, reading lamp and sufficient reading matter.
In every room and on the terrace it is possible to use free WIFI.
Every room/holiday apartment has its own free parking spot which is located behind the villa.
The youthfully furnished lounge is open for our guests at all hours.
If you wish we offer coffee specialties from a coffee urn.  To appease thirst, our ‘Maxibar’ in the hall provides cold drinks for all age groups – for a fee.
Our in-house playgrounds, the big terrace as well as two beach chairs are waiting for you all around the house. Scooter, bikes plus handcarts and buggies can be rented.

Our 130-year-old lake resort is the only one at the “Greifswalder Bodden” and is characterized by its almost 4 km long sandy beach. Conveniently located between the university town Greifswald and the duke town Wolgast, as the gate to the island of Usedom, Lubmin offers an excellent starting point to discover Western Pomerania.

    The Dreilindengrund in Wolgast

    Located on the Peenestrom in the district Tannenkamp in Wolgast you drive on the route of North German Romanticism along the Dreilindengrund. This translates to: The Ground of three limetrees. The name was given to it from the landing stage at the transfer of the fallen Swedish king Gustav II Adolf in 1633 during the Thirty Years' War. In memory of him three lime trees were planted. The small forest nearby was named Gustav-Adolf-Schlucht.
