The Niekrenz manor house was once owned by Karl von Levetzow.
The manor house is a two-storey plaster building. The entrance area of the courtyard side is formed by an altan, which is supported by columns. The manor was owned by Karl von Levetzow at the beginning of the 19th century. In 1878 Heinrich August Stever acquired the estate, and in 1924 it was still owned by the Stever family. In GDR times it was used for municipal purposes. Since 1999 it has been privately owned and is for sale.

Thelkow village church is a fieldstone building from the middle of the 13th century, the transition period from Romanesque to Gothic architectural style.

Holy Cross Monastery Church
The megalithic tombs on the Recknitz River near Liepen are among the best preserved structures from the late Neolithic period (3500 - 2800 BCE). They are therefore the oldest evidence of human architecture in this region. During excavations in the 1960s, vessels, blades, arrowheads, but also amber beads have been found.
The Semlow megalithic burial site is a large dolmen with a trapezoidal mound bed. Such complexes were built in the middle Neolithic period (2500 - 2000 B.C.). Their use is assumed to be from 500 to 700 years.

Directly behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea beach is the 4.5 ha rhododendron park. The park was created in the years 1955-1961 by the Rostock garden architect Friedrich-Karl Evert on a former sand pit. It is unique in Mecklenburg and one of the largest in Germany.
