This historic and beautiful old villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Waren/Müritz, surrounded by a dreamlike and spacious property with old trees on a hillside. From here, both the Müritz and the Feisnecksee can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Guests can start individual cycling and hiking tours to the Müritz National Park right from the property. There are several restaurants in the surrounding area. Various shopping facilities are available on site. The city center of Waren is within easy reach - about 15 minutes walk. Here there are various stores, cafes, restaurants, galleries, etc.. The promenade at the city harbor invites you to linger. The passenger boat service offers round trips on the Müritz and on the neighboring lakes. In the Müritzeum guests can find diversion even on rainy days.
The town can be easily reached by train from the metropolitan areas of Berlin and Hamburg. With the Müritz National Park ticket, the region can be explored by public transport.
The modern vacation apartment for max. 5 persons from the age of 14 is located in the basement of a villa. Visually exposed parts of the approximately 100-year-old rock foundation give the apartment, which was completed in summer 2017, a very special flair.
The spacious living room has a TV corner with a comfortable leather couch (extra bed for 1-2 people, lying surface 1.20 m). The billiard table is a real adult toy.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and a dining counter.
From the living room you can relax on the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
Through the small hallway are two separate bedrooms, each with two double beds (1.60 m wide) and TV. The second bedroom is available from an occupancy of 3 guests.
The bathroom, which is also individually designed, is equipped with a ground-level shower, washbasin and toilet. For occupancy of 5 guests, a second bathroom is available to visitors on the same floor.
Large families can also use a common room with table football by arrangement.
A parking lot is located directly at the house. Likewise, a storage facility for bicycles brought along.
