Farm Shops, holidays in the countryside

Delicious fresh milk to tap yourself? Our cow-milk filling stations in Groß Ernsthof make it possible. Enjoy our daily fresh and untreated milk.

On the L22 before Wolgast and the Island of Usedom lies our family-run farm. The farm is already since the year 1889 in the possession of our family, before this was continued in 1991 in fourth generation by us. It began with 10 dairy cows, which developed over the years to a herd of 100 dairy cows plus offspring and bull fattening. Altogether three breeds belong to this herd: Angler, Redbunt and Blackbunt. Horses, dogs, cats and rabbits have also found a home on our farm.

Our GMO-free farm also cultivates agricultural land on which various types of grain, such as rye, barley, wheat or oats, but also lupines, alfalfa, corn and potatoes grow and flourish magnificently. From this we also obtain the feed for our dairy cows, only rapeseed meal and mineral feed is bought in.

The dairy cows get a lot of run out on the pasture from May to October and can graze to their heart's content during these months. They are milked in the morning and evening. Part of the fresh milk is used to fill our two milk vending machines, so that you can draw our delicious and untreated raw milk 24h yourself. It also contains important and natural ingredients.

Since May 2017 we offer beef from young bulls. The bulls are kept in a large open stable. On advance order you can purchase meat packages of about 6 kg, all about beef, with us.

Located on the Peenestrom in the district Tannenkamp in Wolgast you drive on the route of North German Romanticism along the Dreilindengrund. This translates to: The Ground of three limetrees. The name was given to it from the landing stage at the transfer of the fallen Swedish king Gustav II Adolf in 1633 during the Thirty Years' War. In memory of him three lime trees were planted. The small forest nearby was named Gustav-Adolf-Schlucht.
