City walk

Barth is famous for its historic old town center with its small alleys and the city wall. Experience the idyll of the small town on the Barther Bodden.

Walk from the market along Fischerstraße to the former Fischertor and turn into Gartenstraße. Now walk this street to the Dammtor and cross the Dammstraße into the Bleicherstraße. Shortly before its end, go down the small staircase onto Bleicherwall and continue to the left. Cross Lange Straße onto Stadtwall, past the Fangelturm tower down to the harbor. Enjoy the maritime flair here before you cross Hafenstraße again and come to Vineta-Bürger-Haus. Now it is only a few steps to the left along Papenstraße and you are back at your starting point, the market.
