This tour takes the experienced e-biker through the most beautiful part of the Mecklenburg Lake District. As this is a circular tour, you can start and finish at various points. In Waren (Müritz), Mirow and Wesenberg there are also opportunities to "shorten" the tour by using the Kleinseenbahn or Deutsche Bahn. We start the tour at Wesenberg Castle. Here you will find the tourist information office as well as various exhibitions on fishing, forestry and shoemaking. There is also a photo exhibition showing wonderful natural motifs of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From Wesenberg, the route heads north along the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path towards Useriner Mühle. From there, the route continues towards Blankenförde, the first village in the Müritz National Park. The local national park information point provides tips for the next stage to Waren (Müritz): right through the national park, there are viewpoints, moorland footbridges and interesting facts about the flora and fauna to discover. Once you arrive in Waren (Müritz), we recommend stopping off at one of the countless cafés or restaurants. The old town and the harbor are particularly lively. Continue along the banks of the Müritz, Germany's largest inland lake, past Klink Castle via Gotthun to Röbel/Müritz, the colorful town by the sea. Be enchanted by the wonderful architecture and follow the cycle path to Mirow, the birthplace of the English Queen Sophie-Charlotte. On the castle island and in the town, cafés and restaurants invite you to linger. From Mirow, the route continues south into the heart of the Mecklenburg Kleinseenplatte, via Peetsch, Fleether Mühle and Diemitzer Schleuse towards Seewalde. A wonderful café with an organic food store awaits you here for a final detour before returning to Wesenberg via Drosedow.
