Quick to learn and yet never boring - that's the SUP. Would you like to get active on the water? Or do you just want to relax and escape the summer heat? This course is suitable for both. Under your feet: the glassSUP. This new type of SUP is a transparent stand-up paddle board. It allows you to explore the underwater world without getting wet. The Barthe river offers ideal conditions for stand-up paddling: hardly any disturbing waves and little current - plus beautiful nature. With the help of your tour guide from "Water-Central", you will learn the correct paddling technique, balance exercises on the board and simply have a good time. You paddle from the boat harbor at the end of Barth to Divitz. Afterwards you will be shuttled back by car.

Arrival preferably by bike. Limited parking spaces are available.
Remember: Clothing suitable for the weather and water, mosquito spray if necessary, snacks and drinks, waterproof bag or rucksack for valuables. Own SUPs are not necessary.
