projects4cellos - 15th anniversary tour Cast: Markus Jung, Hanno Riehmann, Lukas Dihle, Matthias Beyer
The cello quartet projects4cellos around the Stralsund cellist Mathias Beyer was founded in 2008 at the University of Music Weimar. After more than 10 years as "Die Vier EvangCellisten" (The Four EvangCellists), the ensemble is now embarking on its 15th anniversary tour under a new name and can also be heard in Stralsund again after 12 years. The four cellists Markus Jung, Hanno Riehmann, Lukas Dihle and Mathias Beyer bring a colorful program of original compositions for 4 cellos, arrangements of well-known opera arias, world music, jazz but also tangos.
