The vacations are just around the corner and in my SeelenInsel there is the opportunity to take part in a children's yoga program. The program is suitable for children aged 6 - 12 years.
You can expect a colorful mix of children's yoga, meditation, autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, team-building games and educational offers.
Price per child: 10€
If you want to book all dates, you get the last children's yoga class for free
Minimum number of participants: 5 children
Max. Participants: 12 children
