Guided tour "SEA in sight"

This exclusive tour begins with a brief review of the eventful history of the town, the monastery and its inhabitants.

The tour participants will then be given an up-to-date insight into the new exhibitions and aquariums planned for the future MEERESMUSEUM at the info point and along the construction site. The exciting views of the SEA will be "underpinned" with finds from the excavations. The route is based on the current construction progress. It is not possible to enter the monastery church.

Meeting point: Mönchstraße 45 (opposite the main entrance gate to the MEERESMUSEUM)

Minimum age: 12 years

The number of participants per tour is limited to 15 people.

Tickets for 4 euros per person are available from March 29 at the MEERESMUSEUM info pointavailable.

Notes on the guided tour:

The tour mainly takes place outside or in unheated areas. There is no toilet or checkroom available. Please use the public WC at Neuer Markt. Some of the areas we will be walking through are rough, so we recommend wearing closed shoes with sturdy soles (no high-heeled shoes). If a construction helmet is required, this will be provided by the MEERESMUSEUM.
