Artists from the Pomeranian Artists' Association seek their point of reference to Caspar David Friedrich
Whether painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture or installation - the joint exhibition of artists from the Pomeranian Artists' Association presents itself in a variety of ways in its examination of the work of the great Romantic. It is less about taking up his compositions, e.g. with the classic back figure of the observer, and more about his attitude of expressing deeper thoughts on nature, man, the present and the future in his landscape paintings. The exhibition can be viewed during the opening hours of St. Mary's Church in Greifswald.
