We invite you to mindfully turn inwards on a soothing journey that will give you strength and help you to have positive thoughts and feelings.

Through the use of various singing bowls, you will experience a state of deep calm and relaxation. Enjoy the touching sounds and treat yourself to a break from everyday life to draw new strength and energy. You will be accompanied by Kerstin Jenß - sound and relaxation teacher.
