SOKO Wismar - Searching for clues in the Hanseatic City of Wismar
Where did a body float in the harbor basin? Which alley is particularly good for chase scenes? Was the murder weapon really dumped here in the canal?
On a SOKO Wismar city tour, our city guides answer many of these questions at the original locations of the successful TV series and tell one or two stories from the set. Together with the guests, they go on a search for clues through Wismar, show the filming locations on the market square, walk through the streets and alleys of the old town and visit many crime scenes in the city, places that millions of viewers otherwise only know from the screen when SOKO Hanseatic City of Wismar ensures law and order on the streets of the Hanseatic City.
The backdrop for the popular crime series is the old town of Wismar, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its historic harbor, medieval town center and sacred brick Gothic buildings. The police station, for example, is located behind the archway of the Church of the Holy Spirit and many a body has been fished out of the harbor basin.
The five-strong SOKO has been successfully investigating the streets and alleyways of the city since 2004, in its own way, spiced up with a pinch of typical coastal humor.
Or to put it in the words of Udo Lindenberg: whether it's small fry or big moss, SOKO Wismar is on fire.
For fans of the ZDF series, there are now exclusive "SOKO Wismar" memorabilia available in the Hanseatic City of Wismar. Whether mugs, magnets, key rings or pins - thanks to a brand license agreement with the tourist information office, the souvenirs are now available there.

June 04 - October 29 on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. Duration: 2 hours
Prices
13.00 euros 10.00 euros reduced groups: The group rates of the Wismar Tourist Information Office apply
Reduced prices apply for schoolchildren aged 16 and over, students, trainees, severely disabled persons and recipients of social welfare or unemployment benefit (on presentation of proof).
Children up to the age of 16 receive a free ticket when accompanied by a full-paying adult.
The city tour takes place as a public offer according to the date announcement. Ticket sales are unrestricted. Advance booking is therefore recommended.
Group bookings and rates on request at the Wismar Tourist Information Office.
Please use the reservation and advance booking service at the Wismar Tourist Information Office! When making a reservation, tickets must be collected 30 minutes before the start of the tour. We ask for your understanding that tickets not collected in time will be put back on sale.
