Puppet theater based on the fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm

One cold winter, a bear asked to come in to warm up a little. At first the girls were afraid, but when he spoke kindly to them, they knocked the snow off his fur and walked around with him. This happened all winter long, until spring came and the bear said goodbye to the girls. When he wanted to go out the door, he got caught on the door hook - a piece of his skin tore open and underneath it shone like gold.

After a while, the mother sent the children into the forest. There they found a felled tree with a dwarf jumping up and down on its trunk, his long beard caught in it. Snow White freed him with her scissors, but the dwarf screamed at them and cursed them. The girls encountered the gruff fellow twice more. Once when his fishing line became entangled with his beard while he was fishing and another time when a large eagle swooped down on him to tear him into the air. Each time he was freed by the sisters and each time they were scolded by him.

One evening, when the dwarf had laid out his stolen treasures in a clearing and was surprised by the girls, the bear approached them. The dwarf shouted at the children to come to his aid, but the bear struck the little boy with such a mighty blow that he fell to the ground.

At that moment, the bear's fur fell off and a handsome prince stood before the girls. He asked Snow White for her hand and Rose Red was married to his brother.

Together with their mother, they moved into the castle, taking the two rose trees with them.
