In the lecture, Ms. Ma will explain her clinical experience from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She will explain how TCM methods can be used effectively to prevent and alleviate pollen allergies.
Pollen allergies are one of the most common allergic diseases and occur more frequently during the seasons from spring to fall. How can a pollen allergy be effectively prevented and treated? What methods of self-regulation can help in everyday life, and what role do diet and exercise play in alleviating symptoms?
In the lecture, Ms. Ma will explain her clinical experience from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She will explain how TCM methods can be used effectively to prevent and relieve pollen allergies.
Lecturer:
Ms. Ma Nuo has been a lecturer at the Confucius Institute since 2018. She comes from a family with a deep-rooted TCM tradition. Her parents are both experienced TCM specialists. Ms. Ma studied medicine in China and regularly underwent further training in various specialist areas. Through her work in German clinics, Ms. Ma has gained valuable knowledge and practical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
