A workshop to learn the manual settings for exciting pictures
All year round: 4th Sunday of the month - location and time vary depending on the season (please enquire when registering!)
We will be out and about in the Schaalsee region in a small group of max. 6 people. We have 3 hours to get involved with the location, the light and the camera. If it ends up taking longer because new motifs keep popping up, then that's fine. Make sure you bring something to eat and drink with you - we'll soon forget all about it. Please allow for parking fees. Weatherproof clothing will help you to stay relaxed. Please familiarize yourself with your camera beforehand so that you have the setting button for the manual programs ready. A little curiosity is all you need to bring. To begin with, I will explain the aperture, exposure and ISO number. This is known as the exposure triangle. What is what, how are the three connected? Some explanations on image composition complete the theoretical part. And then you can try it out. Just get started and keep practicing different settings. The principle of how the components work will quickly become clear and suddenly there is so much to discover. Joy will look over your shoulder all by itself. Other pictures will emerge, pictures that come out of you because you wanted them to. This time, it wasn't the camera that decided what was in focus.
