"Uncle Bräsig" serves in his parlor: Asparagus with boiled potatoes and ham!
It's that time again - a new month is just around the corner and we would like to "welcome" it with you in culinary terms.
Asparagus and spring simply belong together - and as the temperatures rise in spring, so does the vegetable and the desire for the first fresh German asparagus. In Germany, asparagus is grown and harvested on around 23,000 hectares. This makes asparagus the number one open-air vegetable in Germany in terms of acreage. And we got some of it.
