A new course at Bergen Adult Education Center with Dr. Ralf Marius Bittner will help you cope with stress and anxiety using techniques from the latest science and the ancient secret teachings of humanity's wisdom schools.

Today's time is becoming more and more fast-paced. Who does not know the standard statements of people: "I don't have time" or "I'm just functioning" or "Maybe later".

But where does that leave the human being? Where does that leave our soul? Where does that remain which we are in truth? It is pushed to the back, because we have forgotten what is really important. Over the years, this has created very strong habits that we can no longer get rid of. This leads to sleep disorders, nervousness, depression and physical illness.
