August 23 marks the 85th anniversary of the removal of the famous bronze that the sculptor Ernst Barlach had erected in Güstrow Cathedral in 1927 to commemorate the fallen of the First World War.As part of the event, the curator of the Hans Arp and Sophie Taeuber-Arp Foundation, Dr. Jana Teuscher, will give a lecture on the subject of "Two sides of a coin: Arp, Barlach and the First World War".
