With Judith Schalansky
The port of Greifswald, once depicted by Caspar David Friedrich and imagined by Wolfgang Koeppen at the beginning of the 20th century, has undergone various transformations over the years. Modern urban development planning has transformed the site, which was neglected in the GDR and post-reunification era, into an urban recreational area that is now very popular. The literary-artistic harbor walk with Judith Schalansky is dedicated to the various harbor views based on literary texts and combines the works of the three Greifswald-born artists Friedrich, Koeppen and Schalansky. With Caspar David Friedrich through the year 2024 - we'll be there!
