Lecture of the guardianship authority of the district Vorpommern-Rügen
If someone can no longer manage important matters of their life themselves due to an accident or illness, relatives can only decide or make declarations in two cases: either as a power of attorney holder or as a court-appointed guardian.
1. the guardianship authority provides an overview of the health care power of attorney and, among other things, the possibility of public certification of the signature of the grantor of the power of attorney at the guardianship authority.
We provide information on guardianship law and in particular on the tasks, rights and duties of a guardian. 3.
