The program includes imaginative original compositions played on the handpan as a solo instrument. Tickets are now available in advance via the website www.LLArt.org/events, as well as at the box office and the usual advance booking offices.

Thanks to previous tours, work with film composers such as Peter Hinderthür and the Hamburg Ballet, Louis L. is already firmly established in the scene. Numerous concerts, internet and festival appearances have also contributed to this. Music studies, a wide range of instrumental lessons and courses in music production form the basis for the extraordinary soundscapes that the Hamburg musician creates.

The Handpan is a new Swiss musical instrument that was first introduced by instrument makers Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer in 1999. It looks like two metal bowls glued together. Since then, the instrument has become world-famous and is widely popular. Due to its young age, it always appears in a new light, depending on the frame and player. It is already being called the musical instrument of the 21st century.
