Rock
Dear Robin, the up-and-coming rock band from Rostock, is on tour with their second studio album - Timebound. And it sounds like vintage rock à la Fleetwood Mac and Deep Purple. Snappy rock numbers meet blues elements, here and there you can hear influences from Americana and Southern rock.
The recordings were made in Hoppegarten near Berlin, on the farm of East German rock legends Silly. And even last year, Dear Robin did not shy away from great musicians. The band has already performed on stage with Rolling Stones bassist Darryl Jones and Udo Lindenberg's keyboardist.
Powerful guitars, rousing melodies and catchy lyrics take the audience on a nostalgic journey through the golden age of rock. Songs such as "Get Enough", "Thunder" and "Summerwine" - from their debut album "Revelation" - demonstrate the band's range as an energetic rock band. Their live shows promise a Woodstock feel - handmade, powerful and rousing!
