The Schall & Rauch vocal ensemble has been musically active since the 1990s and delights its audiences with four- and five-part accappella vocals.
The singers and their sophisticated vocal arrangements are now an integral part of Berlin's cultural scene and enchant their audiences on local cabaret stages as well as at corporate events and private parties. Cheeky, funny and not always entirely serious, they tackle everything that can somehow be brought to the stage with four or five voices.
The icing on the cake of an evening with Schall & Rauch is a humorous, individually adapted moderation, with which the musical performances are combined.
The quartet's role models are the King's Singers and the Comedian Harmonists, many of whose musical delicacies are included in the program. Accappella versions of the great Beatles hits are also an integral part of Schall & Rauch's repertoire. The classics of the German Schlager and swing numbers can also be heard. Connoisseurs of the genre also love the vocalists' witty original creations, which take a good look at the zeitgeist.
