East rock at its finest / Concert by the legendary Leipzig band
What a lifestyle it was in the seventies! Colorful ornamental wallpaper, parkas, hot pants and platform shoes. It was precisely at this time, in 1976, that Wolf-Rüdiger Raschke founded the band "Karussell" in Leipzig. Unmistakable and independent, the band set itself apart and was characterized by musical and lyrical profundity. However, this era came to an end in 1990.
It was not until 2007 that Joe Raschke, the son of the band's founder, succeeded in re-establishing the legendary rock band. The first concerts and albums with new songs followed. Tours soon took the band members all over Europe. So the band's story continues ...
In addition to many of the band's great hits, songs from the 2018 album "Erdenwind" will also be played.
