We will bake bread with sourdough in a small group (max. 10 people) using classic recipes and bake in a (large) household oven so that what we have learned can also be used at home.
Methods for propagating, refreshing and preserving sourdough are used and explained. We work with the "slow baking" method, the maturing process of the dough is left to nature, as it has worked perfectly for centuries without artificial additives or ready-made mixtures. Everyone in the group will try out baking for themselves; bread, sourdough and recipes can be taken home after the course. All utensils and ingredients are provided, and those who wish can also bring their own proofing baskets and loaf pans.
In addition to baking, the small group will also have the opportunity to enjoy nature on walks in the park or further afield and exchange baking experiences, philosophize, etc.
