BLUE WEDNESDAY at "Clara + Jo": Simply the Bätz - Music & Comedy

St. Pauli is now his home and Jan Bätz has finally found his place in the German comedy and music scene. But when he talks about his search, the dead ends and wrong turns that have brought him from a small Eifel village to his new home, it provokes uninhibited fits of laughter and caught smiles from the audience.

Equipped with a beard, guitar and a slight tendency to disappoint expectations, the comedian and musician entertains with his own songs and a loose mouth, always demonstrating a keen sense of restraint. Sometimes gentle and sometimes rude, he finds the comedy in the tragic and knows how to shake and move his audience like no other.
