In this Ayurvedic cooking course, the basic principles of Ayurveda are explained.
Especially in summer, the heat rises outside and the digestive power decreases.
Participants will receive valuable tips on how to create a harmonious balance with their everyday diet.
We make cooling drinks such as a saffron lemonade or a Veda Cola.
We will finish with homemade dips, a fresh summer salad and homemade ice cream.
