22nd Thiessow Dike Run

The Thiessower Deichlauf is a sporting event for the whole family. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Thiessow harbour, this run offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the surrounding area and get active at the same time. The distances on offer are 400 m (for children up to 6 years), 3 km, 5 km and 10 km. Spectators are welcome to cheer on the runners along the course. Enjoy the unique scenery at Thiessow harbor and along the running course.

Course overview:

Bambini run: For our youngest runners up to the age of 6, the course leads once around the picturesque harbor area. The little ones cover around 400 m and can thus take their first running steps in a friendly environment.

3 km: This route is ideal for beginners. The flat and consistently pleasant route stretches over 3 km and promises a great running experience.

5 km and 10 km:

For those looking for a greater challenge, the 5 km and 10 km routes are available. With the idyllic harbor of Thiessow as the start and finish point, you can unleash your running spirit and show your ambition on the more demanding distances.

The participation fees are as follows:

Bambini run: Free participation (no entry fee)

Children and young people up to 16 years: €5

Adults: 10 €
