Margot Käsmann preaches about "Woman at the Window"
In a series of four special sermons in the Caspar David Friedrich Year 2024, his faith and the piety of his time will be interpreted for our present day. The second sermon will be preached on 2 June at 10 a.m. by Dr. Margot Käßmann, former regional bishop and chair of the EKD Council, on Friedrich's painting "Woman at the Window". The sermon is embedded in the Sunday service and will be accompanied by Romantic music for flute and organ.
