In the naturally designed garden landscape (28,000 m²), the three interconnected thatched-roof houses are located opposite the small picturesque sailing harbor of Wieck, a village in the National Park of Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft.

The thatched hotel with 45 cozy rooms, 3 saunas, relaxation room with fireplace and indoor swimming pool overlooking the garden is located opposite the small harbor of Wieck. In the restaurant "Gute Stube" the kitchen team awaits you with fine regional cuisine. In our restaurant "Bajazzo" Lars Janke spoils you with a vegetarian cuisine for gourmets. Experience how this cuisine can become an unforgettable culinary experience.

Behind the hotel a sunny garden landscape extends on 2 hectares, among other things with perennial beds, rare fruit species, natural oaks and meadow landscape. It is reserved for our hotel guests as a place to take a deep breath. For the hotel kitchen, the garden is an exquisite source for pot and pan. The entire garden is managed according to the guidelines of Bioland.

Barth fishing tower

  • Turmstraße, 18356 Barth

Today's Fangel Tower was built in the 16th century as a round brick tower. It has a height of 12 meters, a diameter of 7.5 meters and a wall thickness of about 2-2.3 meters. It is possible that in the area of today's Fangelturm there was already a predecessor building of the city fortifications erected between 1325 and 1400, which is indicated by the name "nova turris", the "new tower", for today's building.

Barth fishing tower

  • Turmstraße, 18356 Barth

It is possible that in the area of today's Fangelturm there was already a predecessor building of the city fortifications erected between 1325 and 1400, which is indicated by the name "nova turris", the "new tower", for today's building.
