In front of the historical backdrop of the old university and Hanseatic City of Greifswald lies the 9-hole Stork Course of the Hanseatic Golf Club e.V. in Greifswald.

The renowned golf course architect Christoph Städler has designed a tricky course that is interesting for all levels of players. On a very spacious driving range there are covered teeing grounds, grass tees, a large practice green with chip facilities and an extensive pitching area. In addition, everyone can take their first golfing steps on 3 par-3 holes that lead around a beautiful lake.

It is also the oldest museum in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Exhibitions on prehistory and early history, urban history, folklore and naval history are presented in three listed buildings. The most beautiful and at the same time most valuable exhibit is the gold jewelry from Hiddensee found in 1872 - 74.
