2-day seminar with lecturer Cornelia Fürstenberger, Saturday 10 a.m. - approx. 9 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. - approx. 4 p.m.; lunch break 1 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. The desire for contact and connection is an essential human need and yet we often fail in the closest and most important relationships.
What is at work in us and what is needed in terms of understanding and safe space so that old (stress) patterns can be released? How do we regain trust in ourselves and a deeper knowledge that we are safe and secure in life? What shapes us are often very early experiences that are no longer "true" today and yet our reactions at certain points in our lives have remained "the same". New experiences are possible during this weekend, experiences that strengthen and deepen self-contact and security within us. This seminar offers the opportunity to bring in your own topics, a mindful and sensitive approach to the essentials within us becomes possible.
