The expanse of green meadows, soft light in a rising mist, a city in the sublime distance - this is the famous painting "Meadows near Greifswald" by Caspar David Friedrich. STUDIO GALERIE artists approached this special motif and developed contemporary variations and extensions in various artistic media such as painting, graphics and photography. The individual artworks and editions by the gallery's artists are presented in the exhibition.
