Qi Gong is a Chinese form of meditation, concentration and movement and is part of traditional Chinese medicine. It loosens the body and strengthens the back. Movements, postures and breathing are trained. In addition to healing processes, Qi Gong can also be used to keep the body healthy, relax and cope with stress.
