Christmas is coming... Something quite miraculous happens: during a heavy thunderstorm, the last real Santa Claus, Niklas Julebukk, falls from the sky in his caravan and crashes to the ground - directly into the fog path.
And the children Ben and Charlotte are already in the middle of their most incredible adventure. They are joined by the cheeky goblins Flybeard and Goatbeard, the missing reindeer Shooting Star and Matilda, the little Christmas angel. Together with Julebukk, they fight against the evil Waldemar Wichteltod and his army of nutcrackers, because they want to turn Christmas into a purely consumerist festival. But Niklas Julebukk sticks unwaveringly to the good old traditions and listens deep into the hearts of the children to preserve their dreams of a real Christmas and make them come true.
