Natural bathing areas, Guarded beaches, family-friendly, barrier-free

The entrance to the water is very wide and therefore very suitable for children. Via a ramp it is also possible for physically impaired bathers to safely get into the cool water.By car you can reach the beach via the village of Lichtenberg. Cyclists and hikers can also choose the romantic tour over the castle mountain.

A swimming island, toddlers' slide, beach volleyball court make bathing an experience. In July and August the beach is guarded by lifeguards of the DLRG.
The old trees provide sufficient shade. The Lichtenberg bathing beach offers a fixed sanitary complex and a snack bar provides for the physical well-being.
