Wherever possible, only regional, unsprayed fruit from old orchards, wild-collected fruit and certified organic fruit is used for the products. This makes it possible to produce highly aromatic, single-variety brandies, distillates and liqueurs of great variety and high quality. The aim is to preserve old fruit varieties for the present and safeguard them for the future. The region's excellent climate, with plenty of sunshine and warmth during the day and cool nights thanks to the Baltic Sea climate, guarantees that the exquisite fruit varieties develop a strong and unique aroma. The joy of respectful interaction with nature and its delicacies results in inspiring distillates and liqueurs time and time again. Exquisite brandies, gins, liqueurs and ciders are produced in the in-house distillery.
