Parks and Gardens

The spa park invites all guests to stay and relax. Take a walk along the trees or visit the nearby salt marshes.

The 13-hectare park with old trees, extensive rhododendron groves and flower beds enchants with its natural power and charisma. Make yourself comfortable on one of the park benches and let the special atmosphere of nature take effect on you. Opposite the small pond, a special feel-good lounger awaits guests. In its undulating design, two guests can relax together and enjoy the fresh air. Those who want to enjoy nature alone can lie down on a more secluded individual lounger at the back of the park. Let your mind wander. Nature comes to life: you can watch birds, insects and birds of prey. In autumn, thousands of dahlia flowers in countless colors enchant guests. In addition, lovingly designed flower figures await visitors to the annual Dahlia Festival on the second weekend in September.

The landscape park from 1907 was originally laid out in the style of English garden design and cultivated by the gardener Clasen in 1980. Visitors can admire a unique collection of about 6,000 plants and up to 300 varieties.

Guided tours on request under 038229 806-80, salt museum directly at the park.
