The sheep barn in Vietschow is home to a flock of dairy sheep, whose milk is processed into various types of cheese in the farm's own cheese dairy. In addition to yogurt and cream cheese, there are various soft cheeses, such as SchafBert or SchafEcke and semi-hard cheeses as well as "Das Schwarze Schaf" or "Das Bockige Schaf".
Since the dairy sheep are "seasonal workers", sheep milk cheese is only available from May to mid-November.
Next to the barn there is a bakery where delicious bread and rolls are baked with the farm's own whey. The baked goods as well as lamb, salami and crackers from the sheep can be bought in the farm store along with the farm's own jam, apple and apple-pear juices and nurturing sheep's milk products.
