Restaurants, Hotels and guesthouses, sustainable

The small restaurant will spoil you with local fish and game dishes.

In the beginning was the country egg. With this, the young chef Wenzel Pankratz opens his today's 6-course menu. Country egg, carp, wild plum, followed by cod, pea coriander and then carrot, sheep, poree. If you are curious about what happens next, you should go to Forsthaus Strelitz, where the young, wild chef to experimental and traditional cuisine at the same time sets the pure wooden tables. Thus, he creates his local dishes on the open stove with fire rings. Almost all the ingredients grow or run in their own garden and what not - in the lakes and abundant forests around.
