The "V-2" rocket - from development to deployment

The world's first long-range ballistic missile was a miracle weapon that would decide the outcome of the Second World War in favor of the German Reich. It was developed and tested in Peenemünde under the name "Aggregat 4" (A4). Between 1936 and 1945, the small town on the Island of Usedom grew into the largest military research center in Europe.
On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, Thomas Köhler (HTM Peenemünde) will explain in his lecture the path from the development of the A4 and its construction to its military use as the "V2".
