a hike through the forest near Teterow with the collection of wild herbs and subsequent demonstration of delicious preparations with them.
Spring is a particularly good time to collect wild herbs, as they are freshly sprouted from the ground and therefore have a particularly strong healing effect. Ms. Gudrun Marin-Ziegler will introduce you to some of these spring herbs on a hike through the forest near Teterow and collect them together with you. You will then be shown how to prepare tasty dishes with them. There is a charge of 5 euros per person.
The meeting point is in the parking lot of the "Hohes Holz" restaurant. Please wear sturdy shoes for this hike. It will not take place in bad weather.
