The Compagnie de Comédie dedicates a special theatrical and musical evening to the legend Manfred Krug - on the occasion of his 85th birthday and the 5th anniversary of his death this year.
For the audience, the most important stages of his life are outlined; his careers in both German states, his relocation to the FRG and his successes as a jazz and chanson musician are brought to life.
Manfred Krug, who once claimed that he could only play himself, became a multi-talented performer. He was not only a great actor, but also a wonderful and sensitive interpreter and interesting book author. He celebrated his great popularity already during his lifetime and, moreover, he will claim an unforgettable place in the minds and hearts of his great fan base.
