Mariette Grützmacher finds her inspiration in her surroundings. Often it is motifs from her Mecklenburg home that particularly appeal to her. Capturing the unique light and the special atmosphere in her paintings is what makes painting so appealing to the artist. Let yourself be enchanted by the rustic farms, realistic flowers and atmospheric landscapes of the painter. Natural beaches and unusual still lifes are also among her favorite motifs. For several years Mariette has been leading a painting course and this time works from this painting group are also on display. You are welcome to linger and chat with the artists over coffee, cake and soft drinks.
